BUSH SAFARI IN COMFORT

10 Days / 9 Nights
Day 1
Upon arrival in Nairobi, proceed through Immigration and Customs. After exiting the Customs & immigrations Hall, Please look out for an Aatithya Trips driver/guide holding an Aatithya Trips with your name on it. Our Guide will assist you with your luggage and you'll you will be transferred to the Norfolk Hotel

Day 2
Depart and descend to Lake Naivasha, here you will have the opportunity to engage in different activities that your lodge has to offer including, Guided bush walks, boat trips and fishing on lake Naivasha, bush breakfast, sun downers plus much more. Lunch, Dinner and overnight will be provided at Chui Lodge.

Day 3

After breakfast you will drive further to the north. A stop at the Equator gives you a chance to take a photo with one foot in the northern and one foot in the southern hemispheres. Then you're off to the heart of Kenya's "Big Game" country- Olpejeta ranch. This 22,000-acre private ranch encompasses a rich terrain of plains, low hills and forest. Your afternoon game drive gives you an opportunity to see a variety of unusual species, including the reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebra and Beisa Oryx. Included is a visit to Jane Goodall's chimpanzee sanctuary. & a night game drive.

Day 4

After breakfast, drive to the fringes of Africa's second highest peak, Mount Kenya. Set on the Equator with magnificent views of Mt. Kenya, this luxurious club is the internationally famed country retreat of the late actor, William Holden. Mount Kenya Safari Club Spreads on more than 100 acres of manicured lawns are magnificent gardens, ornamental ponds, and free-roaming peacocks and other exotic birds. Optional Activities include horse riding, trout fishing, as well as an art gallery, health & beauty parlor, boutique, club shops or the William Holden Animal Orphanage.

Day 5

Today after breakfast you will fly over spectacular Great Rift Valley to one of the stellar events of your safari-The Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya's most precious wildlife sanctuary. This is big game country and long famed as one of Africa's greatest concentrations of game. Plains game is found here in, staggering numbers, which in turn supports a tremendous predator population. Lunch will be at Mara Serena. During your afternoon game drive, you have opportunities to see herds of impala, wildebeest, giraffe, elephant, topi, buffalo, wart hog, ostrich, as well as lion, cheetah, hyena, and possibly the elusive leopard.

Day 6

You will have Morning and afternoon game drives with mid morning at leisure where you get superb opportunities to engage in some of Maasai Maras' Optional activities including, Game drives, Bird/nature walks with Maasai Morans, Visiting Maasai villages, Cultural dances or even Maasai (Maasai) Village visits. Today you will watch the hippos cavort, en masse, in the Mara River. There are usually over 50 of them, weighing in at over 8,000 pounds each. It is difficult to get a good picture of a hippo, as they very seldom come all the way out of the water. The Surprising reason for this is that their hide sunburns very easily. Later you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7

Your schedule for today includes a morning & afternoon game drive. Traveling across the savannah, you'll rendezvous with the Mara resident’s herds of buffalo, wildebeest, hartebeest, impala, and gazelle. The Maasai Mara is the northern-most extremity of the great Serengeti eco- system. Here, black rhino browse among dense thorn bushes and herds of giraffe and elephant roam the woodlands. Large numbers of hippos gather to feed and swim in the Mara River. Boasting Kenya's largest predator population, the reserve is renowned of lion prides up to 20 Lions. Tonight you'll dream of all the wonders of Africa.

Day 8
You will fly via Nairobi to Amboseli close to the Tanzanian border. Amboseli lies in the shadow of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Surely this is the most spectacular backdrop for photography in-any wildlife sanctuary in Africa. Here you'll stay at Tortilis Camp. Your game runs enroute to the Lodge will introduce you to large numbers of plains game- wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala and gazelle. Afternoon game drive in Amboseli National Park.

Day 9
Early morning and late afternoon game drives. You may find the parks elephant herds cooling off in the swamp waters, or the tall Maasai giraffe peering at you through the Treetops. The bird life of Amboseli is rich and varied-more than 420 species - 47 of them raptors. Part of the park is composed of a dry lake bed which produces mirages in the shimmering beat swamps and springs are fed by the underground rivers of Kilimanjaro melting snows, and provide permanent water for game. In the evening a visual feast...Kilimanjaro at sunset.

Day 10
Today you will have a morning game drive and after lunch you will fly back to Nairobi, Day room at the Norfolk Hotel and later on after dinner you will be transferred to the airport for your outbound flight.
