Day 2:- Chandigarh To Manali
Early morning after taking breakfast proceeds to Manali. (350 KMS / 11 Hrs), On arrival check in and get fresh. Enjoy your dinner at hotel, Night stay at hotel in Manali

Day 3:- Manali Local Sightseeing
After Breakfast proceed for full Day Manali Local Sightseeing visit Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Lord Buddha, Vashisth Temple, Nagar Castle, Jagat Sukh, Club House and Tankha Paintings. The evening is free for shopping at the very famous mall road of Manali. Enjoy your dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day 4:- Manali (Rohtang Excursion)
Early in the morning after breakfast proceed on a day excursion to the Rohtang pass Proceed early in the morning as you can. Requested please leave your resort before 7.00 AM because if heavy traffic. The rest of the day free to explore this picturesque town on your own. Evening return back to the hotel get fresh enjoy dinner and overnight stay in hotel Manali ( Rohtang Pass sightseeing vehicle cost is not included in given cost – It will be charged extra or guest has to book this vehicle from local taxi union in Manali)  

Day 5:- Manali To Shimla
After breakfast proceed for Shimla (300 Km – 10 Hrs). Whenever reach Shimla check in to the hotel and get fresh. Take your dinner and overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 6:- Shimla Local Sightseeing
After taking breakfast proceed for day excursion of Kufri. Kufri is 19 km. from Shimla. Kufri has won a name on the sports and tourist map of India due to its ‘Ski-runs’, ‘Seed Potato Farm’ of the Central Potato Research Institute and ‘Food Craft Institute’. Kufri offers unique Skiing slopes from December to February. Full day enjoy the Nature & Evening come back to the Shimla. Take your dinner at Shimla hotel. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 7:- Shimla To Delhi
After breakfast check out from Shimla, transfer to Delhi (385 KMS/8 HRS Drive), check in to delhi hotel and night stay at hotel in Delhi. – You can enjoy the Toy train from Shimla towards Kalka – for 2 Hrs – Train departure time from Shimla is @ 10:00 AM from Shimla station.

• You are requested to book the vehicle as per number of passenger including child to avoid any uncomfortable journey during the entire itinerary.
• Luggage – Per Person 1 Baggage + 1 Hand Bag is allowed during the journey to avoid inconvenience in travel.

• Hotels can be confirmed at the time of booking – Mention or similar hotels will be managed by us.

• Airfare Package are totally Non refundable – No refund will be entertained for what so ever reason.
• If In any case Airlines Cancel their entire flight schedule or change the schedule at last minutes / with prior information / or Passenger missed flight due to any of the reason – Being a Service Provider – We as a Travel House is not responsible for any of loss or refund. – Travel Agency will try to get best solution but any of result will come all passengers have to be accept it without any of argument.

4. Complimentary use of the hotel’s any recreation facility as per hotel’s terms & conditions. (subject to availability)
5. Surface transportation from pick up till drop round trip and local sightseeing as per the itinerary as per given above details by Individual Vehicle as per family.
6. Vehicle cost is including all fuel charges, Driver allowance, Border tax, Toll Tax, Parking charges and entry charges.
7. Child below 5 Years is complimentary without extra bed with same meal plan in parent's room.
8. Charges for Extra adult and child are including with extra bed and same meal plan with parents room.
9. Maximum 1 Extra bed can be accommodating in each room.
10. All presently applicable hotel tax, transportation taxes, (Except service tax 3.09%).

PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE:-

1. Any Airfare / Train fare.
2. Any expenses of personal nature like tips, phone calls, fax, internet, games, sauna, and steam, Jacuzzi, laundry, extra vehicle hire, bar, room heaters, discotheque or any other.
3. Pony/horse rides, boat rides, safaris, rafting charges, skiing/skating, cable car/ropeway rides etc.,
4. Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in hotel restaurant or room.
5. Entrance fees at any monument and guide charges, wherever applicable.
6. Additional sightseeing tours and excursions. All major sightseeing will be cover once during sightseeing.
7. Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. ( Subject to road & gov. conditions)
8. Any service not specifically mentioned in the ‘Package Includes’ column.
9. Rohtang Pass Sightseeing is not included in this cost due to Manali Taxi union; you will have to pay extra & directly if you would like to cover it.
10. Manikaran sightseeing is not included in above cost.
11. Service tax on total billing amount @ 3.09% charged extra.

Notes: -

• This itinerary can be possible from Flight which reach early morning at Cochin Airport only and afternoon drop at Cochin Airport only.
• As per the directive given by the Government of India, Department of Tourism, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents like: Passport, Voters ID card, Current Drivers License, and Pan Card Copy. All the documents should include a photograph.
• Please clarify total number of passenger including infant and child at the time of booking only, vehicle will be suggested and booked as per the given information only. Last movement no replacement of vehicle will be possible or allowed.
• Please clarify the seating capacity of vehicle, type of vehicle as per your comfort level, which you have booked well in advance with company's booking executive.
• Meals included in package will be start by dinner on day 1 and ends with breakfast on day 8.
• Vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. (Subject to road & gov. conditions)
• All major sightseeing will be covered once during the stay only and which is mention in itinerary above. All family has to travel together if you are making the booking for more then 1 couple.
• Driver contact details will be forwarded on your given contact number before 12 hrs only of your arrival at first point, it may be changed at any of the reason also. – Don’t give reminder or call again and again for this – our operation team will be giving you as per your schedules.
• Rates may vary according to availability and patronizing of hotels / resorts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

Cancellation charge will be accept from the booking dates

• After booking till 30 days prior to departure – Handling charges of Rs. 10000/- per person
• 30 -15 Days prior to departure 50% on total package cost (50% Refund of total package cost)
• 14 -07 Days prior to departure 75% on total package cost (25% Refund of total package cost)
• With in 07 Days / No show Full amount / non refundable

This is our cancellation rules but we will give our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.

AMENDMENT TERMS
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge.

REFUND TERMS:-

• No Refund of any unveiled services – During entire package.
• No Refund of any unveiled meals which is ideally included in package – during hotel stay / itinerary.
• No Refund for unveiled or unavailability of complimentary service of hotel / resorts.
• Any amount of refund will be adjusted in future bookings for same sector / same guest / only where it was booked previously.
• Difference of package rates between season and off season will be applicable at the time of new booking as per the actual and refund amount will be adjusted in the same,

PAYMENT TERMS:-

• Booking amount – 100% Advance for Ticket booking.
• Booking amount – 50% of total package at the time of booking
• Balance payment of 50 % of total package cost to be clear at the time of delivery of voucher, itinerary and fact sheet of your package booked.
• Those booking are made well in advance; all payment must be clear before minimum 30 days of date of departure of your tour.
• Those booking are made on short notice; all payment must be clear within 2 to 3 days.
• Those booking are made on spot check in; all payment must be made at the time of booking only.
• No credit policy is available at any of the reason / conditions.
• Those booking are made after reaching on resort/hotel; payment must be paid at the time of check in only.
• All guests have to make necessary arrangement of payment on priority basis as and when requires by our operation department.
• For hotel / package booking in 4* / 5* resort and above, payment must be made at the time of booking or earliest basis. – Maximum 24hrs time limit for payment for the booking is given by resort/ hotel managements.
• Payment terms is subject to change as per date of booking, travel date, travel season, sold out dates, category of hotel booked,
